What I do: As a project engineer, I support the engineering team with appraisal of technical options for wind farm design, procurement of technical studies and managing the delivery of service provider deliverables.

What I like about my role: Not only are my colleagues a joy to work with, I like how varied my role is, as I support multiple packages of work.

What drives me: I am proud to be a woman working in engineering and hope to inspire other women to join the field.

My career path: After graduating university with a degree in Architectural Engineering, I started my career in the renewables industry as an assistant site manager on an offshore wind farm construction project. I then spent 9 years working with an offshore wind farm Operator as part of the asset integrity management team.

What attracted you to ODOW: Having spent the majority of my career in Operations and Maintenance, I really wanted to learn about the design, development and consenting phase of the wind farm life cycle.
